Hall Of Fame Kennel.  A healthy puppy is the result of years of research, genetic testing and a lifetime


commitment to improve the breed. My puppy prices may be higher than others but you can be assured


that you are getting the very best Miniature American Shepherd lines that are proven and will be


considered the cornerstone of the breed in AKC.

• *NOTE* The following terms will be included in all sales contract and are


•  Non-negotiable.







• * Puppies sold on a spay/neuter contract with Limited AKC Registration in     


•    ​the sole name of the Breeder of the dog. 







• * Breeding rights are NOT included with the purchase of your puppy.  







• * The AKC registration will list Breeder as the sole owner of the dog for the


•    lifetime of the dog. 







• * AKC registration is NOT proof of ownership.  It is simply a recording of     


•    your dogs lineage with a registry.







• * You will be provided a copy of the AKC papers that you can use to enter


•    
•    dog ​shows. You will NOT be eligible to show any Abington bred dog in the


•    
•    Owner Handler class as that would require your name to be listed


•    on the AKC  papers.  







• * Dogs are not to be spayed or neutered until they are mature adults at
• ​​          
•    a minimum of 18 months.








• * Proof of sterilization must include the microchip that is recorded to this


•   dog and is required to be submitted to Abington by the time the dog reaches 

     
     the age of 24 months. ​​
​

• * Registration with any other Registry is strictly prohibited.
