Puppies sold on a spay/neuter contract with Limited AKC Registration and
without breeding rights to Buyer. The AKC registration will list the Buyer
as the first owner and Seller as listed as the 2nd owner for the lifetime of the
dog. In some cases I may reserve the right to be listed as first owner of record
with AKC. Dogs are not to be spayed or neutered until they are mature adults at
a minimum of 18 months. Proof of sterilization must include the microchip that
is recorded to this dog. Registration with any other Registry is strictly
prohibited.
